At Renovation Build we provide a range of services from design and build and renovations and extensions through to recladding and new kitchens and bathrooms. We make your home functional and beautiful.

We are passionate about renovating and believe most homes have good bones to work with. We are experienced even with complicated extensions requiring structural changes and recladding for leaky homes.  We manage the entire project from concept, design plans, initial costing, building consent approval, house plans and final quote to the build/ renovation, regular client meetings and code of compliance.

We have the distinction of designing and building New Zealand’s first 10 Homestar rated renovated house. This house was also awarded Lifemark's top 5-star rating for a future-proofed home.
